AI Authorship Problem

I was scrolling Threads and everything sounded the same. Different accounts, same post. Then I opened my drafts. I was looking at the same thing.

You ever scroll and everything feels identical? Same one-liners regurgitated from a hundred accounts? I call this the Wall of Same.

The pitch on AI is that it helps you make content faster. And it does. That part is true.

Here is what the pitch leaves out. When AI generates the content, it generates the average of everything on the internet. The average of everyone who came before you. That is why the feed sounds the way it sounds.

It is not a writing problem.

It is an authorship problem.

Flip it around. Your thoughts go in. Structured content comes out. AI as the system, you as the source. That is the version that sounds like you. Because it is you.

Content gets easier. And you stop blending in. Not because you found a new idea. Because you finally put your actual self behind the old one.

The feed does not need more posts. It needs yours.
